Location: Head Office: Q6 Quorum Business Park, Benton Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne
Hours per week: 37
Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
About the role
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing a dynamic, secure workplace? NCFE is looking for a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at our Q6 office in Benton, Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the smooth operation of our estate, providing an exceptional experience for colleagues, customers, and visitors.
As Facilities Manager, you’ll oversee building services and ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organisational needs. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers to support a safe, high-performing workplace while leading projects that ensure the estate remains effective and fit for purpose.
In this role, you'll help maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You’ll review contractor risk assessments, oversee maintenance schedules, and keep up-to-date records of building service activities. Additionally, you'll manage various facilities projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
