We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Services Manager to join a leading estates management team, where you'll play a key role in overseeing estates management and health & safety for a highly successful and oversubscribed school.

This role offers the chance to contribute to operational excellence, ensuring smooth day-to-day management while fostering collaboration across the entire school community. Whether your background is in facilities management, property, or a related field, we’re looking for someone who brings passion, leadership, and a strong focus on service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operation and management of the school’s facilities and estates.
  2. Develop and implement systems and procedures to maintain the highest operational standards.
  3. Promote collaborative working relationships across all teams to support professional development.
  4. Provide strategic oversight for premises and facilities management throughout the school.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
