Job Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced, organised, and professional Facilities Manager to oversee and lead our FM team for both hard and soft services at our client site.

You will take the lead in providing Facilities Management at a prestigious Pharmaceutical client facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations on-site, managing the hard and soft services, and leading the teams on site.

The Facilities Manager will coordinate onsite services efficiently and accurately according to IFM requirements, compliance standards, and guidelines, reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager.

You will also liaise closely with the client and other stakeholders, such as in-country and program teams, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, highly compliant, and regulated environment (desirable)
  • Qualified with experience in training, developing, and managing a team to maintain high standards
  • Excellent knowledge of both soft and hard FM services
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical building engineering services, their design, operation, and maintenance (desirable)
  • Knowledge of financial budgeting, management, and control techniques
  • Experience with service provision contracts and contract administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry-related health & safety standards; IOSH or NEBOSH certification is highly desirable
  • Flexible approach to working hours to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
