The purpose of the role is to develop, implement and manage collaborative processes, working in Facilities Management (FRCS) and the client – Leahurst Veterinary Campus & Ness Gardens (sited on the west side of the Wirral Peninsula). The role will be site based at Leahurst Campus 35 hours per week. The role holder will have to understand the functionality of the buildings (assets) to meet the needs of clients, monitor and understand statutory compliance and PPM programs, have good relationships with clients and colleagues in facilities management to ensure little disruption when minor projects or capital schemes are delivered. Analyse asset conditions and development of a life cycle programs working proactively identifying problems, trend analysis, recovery solution and managing client expectations with an overview of maintenance. Excellent communications skills are required to ensure the clients operational needs, and the facilities department work collaboratively with a focus on the user experience. You should have a HNC/NVQ Level 4/SVQ Level 3 in business administration, science, engineering, manufacturing or construction discipline and a NEBOSH general certificate in health and safety.
