Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

We are seeking an efficient and enthusiastic Facilities Manager to lead our school's facilities. The ideal candidate should be flexible, able to work independently, and prioritize workload effectively. The post holder will be a member of the school's Extended Leadership Team, working together to ensure the site is safe and welcoming for all users.
Key qualities include being well-organized, able to work under pressure, and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in caretaking or premises management, a passion for building strong relationships with young people and families through restorative working, and excellent communication skills to inspire and motivate staff and pupils alike.
