Job summary

Amey is recruiting a Facilities Manager to lead service delivery at HMP Moorland. You will oversee Hard FM operations in a secure environment, ensuring compliance, performance and a well-maintained estate.

You will manage a large on-site team, collaborate with prison leadership, and drive KPI performance while maintaining safety and sustainability standards. The role offers a long-term MoJ contract and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years in Hard FM delivery on complex sites.
• Experience leading large on-site teams.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and audits.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

About The Role

We’re recruiting for a Facilities Manager to lead service delivery at HMP/YOI Moorland. This is a key leadership role overseeing Hard FM operations within a secure environment, ensuring compliance, performance, and a safe, well-maintained estate.

You’ll manage a large on-site team, work closely with the prison leadership team, and play a vital role in maintaining operational standards across the site.

• Relevant FM or technical qualification (desirable)
