Pinnacle Group is seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead our Caretaking team and oversee on-site sub-contractors at Ebbsfleet Academy. You will ensure facilities are fully operational, safe, and well-maintained, delivering high service standards and health & safety compliance.

You will manage a dedicated facilities management team in a role that offers ownership, collaboration, and opportunities for professional development within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

Lead and manage FM staff and on-site contractors to deliver day-to-day services (catering and cleaning).
Delegate PPM and reactive duties within caretaking remit; monitor completion and Helpdesk closure.
Proactively manage site teams to contract project agreements and KPI/SLA targets.
Audit caretaking services and report in-line with contract requirements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and coordinate with PPM to avoid misses.

Assist in achieving all KPIs as detailed within contract project agreements for all FM service delivery; ensure Service Failure Points are minimized.
Audit caretaking services and report in-line with contract requirements; manage project-specific risks including risk management plans.

Key responsibilities:

Local management of all Hard Services delivered either in-house or by contractors -effective management of contractors on site
Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and always liaise with the PPM co-ordinator to ensure nothing is missed.
Manage project specific risks including the preparation, implementation, monitoring and review of risk management plans.

Key Requirements

At least 3 years of Facilities/site Management experience within a challenging environment is essential, preferably within the Public Sector or PFI environment.
Have a good understanding of current statutory regulations and compliance.
Demonstrable experience in managing contractors through KPI's and SLA's to achieve high performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage own workload and prioritise where necessary
