Job description

A multi-disciplinary Facilities Management role responsible for the delivery of contracted services within a large client site. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client service, contract delivery, management of all hard and soft services, financial management, and act as ambassador of the JLL team on site. Key Responsibilities

Regional Team Leadership & Management
  • Directly supervise and manage JLL facilities staff across EMEA including maintenance technicians, security personnel, cleaning crews, and administrative support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure appropriate staffing levels across multiple time zones and locations.
  • Coordinate work schedules, manage time-off requests, and oversee recruitment and onboarding of new team members across regional offices.
Property Operations Management
  • Oversee comprehensive building operations including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and general maintenance activities across assigned EMEA properties.
  • Ensure compliance with varying local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards across different jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance programmes and manage emergency response procedures to minimise operational disruptions across the regional portfolio.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers across EMEA markets.
  • Negotiate service agreements considering regional variations in pricing and standards, oversee contract performance, and ensure all work meets quality standards and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate major repairs, capital improvements, and specialised maintenance services whilst maintaining cost efficiency across diverse market conditions.
Tenant Relations & Service Delivery
  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenant requests, concerns, and service issues across the regional portfolio.
  • Maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction through responsive service delivery and proactive communication, accounting for cultural and language considerations across EMEA.
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and space modifications as required.
Budget & Administrative Management
  • Manage operating budgets for assigned properties across EMEA, track expenses against projections considering currency variations, and provide regular financial reporting to property owners.
  • Oversee procurement processes adhering to JLL policies, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation of all facility-related activities and expenditures across regional operations.
Cross-Cultural Leadership & Communication
  • Lead diverse, multicultural teams across different time zones, languages, and business practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration amongst staff in various EMEA locations whilst ensuring consistent service standards and JLL brand representation across all managed properties.
