Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking schedules and status updates for ongoing IFM actions and projects.
• Support preparation and review of regular performance reports and contract renewals.
• Participate in biweekly team meetings, contributing to agenda items and action tracking.
• Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives.
• Help document decisions and maintain records for IFM contracts and projects.
• Shadow experienced team members to learn about vendor management, compliance, and operational best practices.
