Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is recruiting a Facilities Management Electrician for Central London (Zones 1 & 2). The role is foot-mobile across multiple commercial sites, with a salary of £48,000 - £50,000 plus a travel card, uniform and tools, and a clear temp-to-perm pathway.

You will join a growing FM team delivering maintenance services across 20+ sites, carrying out planned and reactive electrical work, fault finding, testing and minor installations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical Qualification (minimum).
• Level 3 Electrical Qualification preferred.
• Experience carrying out electrical maintenance in commercial environments.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced electrician looking to join a growing Facilities Management business where your contribution is genuinely valued?

We are recruiting for three Facilities Management Electricians to join a well-established and expanding FM team delivering maintenance services across more than 20 commercial sites throughout Central London (Zones 1 & 2).

The Role

Working as part of a team of approximately 10 engineers, reporting into a Maintenance Manager and Supervisor, you will carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties.

All jobs will be issued and managed through a mobile app, allowing you to work efficiently across multiple sites while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

This is a foot-mobile role, travelling between sites across Central London, with all tools, equipment, and a travel card provided.

You will also be required to attend the company's main operations hub in Islington when needed to collect equipment, materials, and stock.

What We're Looking For

Essential:
