Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for Bristol Clifton Fitness and Wellbeing Centre. The role requires an electrical qualification (17th edition or equivalent) and strong knowledge of Building Management systems, with experience in emergency lighting testing, PAT and water hygiene within a large site.

You will manage the whole site, maintain pools and mechanicals, and operate a preventative maintenance programme while leading by example and driving team development.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification to 17th edition or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Building Management systems.
• Experience with emergency lighting testing, PAT and water hygiene in a large unit.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the whole site – from building shell to grounds.
• Maintain swimming pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation.
• Ensure queries and issues are resolved using an electronic CAFM system.
• Inspire the team to continuous improvement through leading by example.
• Apply hands-on experience to run an effective preventative maintenance programme.
• Develop skills of self and team to strengthen the maintenance capability.
