Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Building Services Engineer at Enfield to manage and maintain our facilities, including pools, plant, climate control and electrical systems. You will ensure compliance, lead a skilled team and drive preventative maintenance across the site.

The role requires an electrical qualification (17th edition or equivalent) and experience with building management systems, emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene and related compliance within a large facility.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification to 17th edition or equivalent.
• Experience with emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene and compliance in a large industrial unit.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the whole site—from building shell to surrounding grounds.
• Maintain swimming pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation.
• Ensure queries are dealt with securely and effectively via the CAFM system.
• Lead by example to inspire the team and drive improvement.
• Operate a preventative maintenance programme using hands-on skills.
