Job summary

Bruntwood is seeking a motivated General Maintenance/Facilities Team Member to support multiple Leeds City Centre buildings. The role involves cleaning, checks, and basic maintenance to uphold Bruntwood’s standards.

You will work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with shifts across early to late doors and on-site at Leeds City Centre. We value a can-do attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Able to manage own time and workload.
• Training will be provided for the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of presentation around entrance and external grounds and all common areas.
• Open and lock up of buildings when required.
• Conduct vacant suite checks and maintain suites to a high standard.
• Perform daily building standard checks and inspections.
• Carry out PPMs including fire testing, water temperature checks and emergency lighting.
• Ensure plant, equipment and fabric are functioning to deliver customer service and operational standards.
