Job summary

Bruntwood SciTech is seeking a General Maintenance Team Member to join our Alderley Park operations. You will carry out maintenance and caretaker duties across buildings, supporting a high standard of presentation and service to clients.

Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating start times, you’ll perform PPMs, building checks, room setup for meetings, and ensure safety and accessibility across sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of presentation around the entrance and common areas.
• Open and lock up buildings as required.
