Job summary

Brunel University London in Uxbridge is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to join our Estates team. You will deliver reactive and planned maintenance across our halls of residence and off-campus properties, reporting to the Building and Facilities Supervisor.

You’ll handle first-fix repairs, complete compliance tasks, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff. A valid trade/maintenance background and good digital skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Trade/maintenance knowledge and experience (preferably with recognised qualifications).
• Good working knowledge of digital systems.
• Strong communication and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first-fix repairs and routine maintenance.
