Job summary

Brunel University London is seeking a Buildings and Facilities Supervisor to lead semi-skilled reactive maintenance, triage defects and ensure compliance within residential buildings. The role includes managing reactive maintenance, planned preventative work and supporting minor works and larger projects.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have trade/maintenance knowledge and experience.
• A good working knowledge of the Planon CAFM system would be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate positively and work in a small, busy team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and allocation of semi-skilled reactive maintenance response.
• Oversee planned preventative work, statutory compliance and record keeping.
• Assist in minor works and some larger projects.
