Job summary

Brunel University London on the Uxbridge Campus is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to join the Estates and Facilities team. Reporting to the Building and Facilities Supervisor, you will deliver reactive and planned maintenance across halls of residence and off-campus properties.

You will be responsible for first-fix repairs, compliance tasks, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff. The team currently consists of 12 members and supports a hybrid working approach.

Qualifications

• Trade/maintenance qualifications or proven experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of digital systems.
• Strong communication and team-oriented attitude.
