Job summary

Brunel University of London is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to join the Estates and Facilities team at the Uxbridge Campus. You will support reactive and planned maintenance across halls of residence and off-campus properties, reporting to the Building and Facilities Supervisor, with a focus on safety and quality service.

You will work in a team of 12, with potential for progression and a hybrid working approach.

Qualifications

• Trade/maintenance knowledge and experience.
• Good working knowledge of digital systems.
• Strong communication and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first-fix repairs and reactive maintenance.
• Perform compliance tasks and safety checks.
