Job summary

Active Care Group in Nottingham is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre in Hucknall. The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, with 5 days across seven and on-call support for holidays and weekends. Salary is £26,260.52 FTE per annum (pro rata).

You will perform planned maintenance, safety checks, and environmental duties across estate areas, maintaining records and supporting contractors to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, facilities or estates.
• Understanding of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Good Health & Safety awareness and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out allocated PPM activities accurately and on time.
• Inspect and maintain building services and equipment.
• Record maintenance and compliance data in digital systems.
• Assist with contractors and support safe service delivery.
