Job summary

Henry Blue is seeking a Caretaker in Nottingham to cover a 4-6 week assignment. The role is 37 hours per week, with shifts 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, starting ASAP.

The responsibilities include carrying out compliance checks (fire alarms, emergency lighting, water flushing), general maintenance and repair, and portering duties such as receiving deliveries and moving equipment. Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Facilities, caretaking, maintenance, or similar experience.
• General handyman/building maintenance skills.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including moving furniture and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out compliance checks including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and water flushing.
• Complete general maintenance and repair tasks.
• Undertake portering duties such as receiving deliveries, moving equipment, and setting up rooms.
