A growing facilities management company in Greater London is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support their Projects Team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in facilities management, exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include managing the CAFM system, supporting maintenance requests, and liaising with contractors. Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in facilities management.
• Experience within the hospitality sector preferable, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary administrator for the CAFM system.
• Providing direct business support for reactive and planned maintenance.
• Responsible for small works request, liaising with teams.
• Proactively assessing business deficiencies and delivering improvements.
• Reviewing and approving contractor RAMS.
• Hosting KPI review meetings with contractors.
• Managing new contractor onboarding.
• Coordinating with projects and procurement teams.
