Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Universal level certification and HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to residents.
• Establish daily work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and emergency on-call planning.
• Inspect community facilities and report status to Community Manager.
• Supervise contractors and manage maintenance records and budgets.
• Assist in move-in/move-out procedures and keep tools and parts inventory.
• Maintain interior painting and general upkeep of buildings and amenities.
