Job summary

Stonemark is seeking a Service Supervisor to preserve and maintain community facilities, grounds, and amenities on-site in the United Kingdom. The role assists the Community Manager and coordinates maintenance schedules, inspections, and safety standards to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, managing preventive maintenance records, and coordinating with contractors for renovations or repairs.

Qualifications

• Fifth year college or university program certificate; or four years in a service position at an apartment community and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• EPA certification - Universal Level; HVAC certification required.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Establishes daily work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Follows-up on work assignments for efficient, thorough completion.
• Establishes emergency maintenance on-call schedule, posts and distributes emergency numbers.
• Keeps workshop or utility room clean, orderly and safe.
• Maintains updated preventive maintenance information and inventories.
• Supervises outside contractors and other maintenance personnel.
