Job summary

St Ives Town Council is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead delivery of high-quality maintenance across facilities and public spaces. You will ensure assets are safe, well maintained, and fit for purpose for residents and visitors.

You will manage a maintenance team, lead programmes, and work with the Facilities Committee and councillors to provide guidance on property matters and repairs across planned and responsive works.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading maintenance programmes and teams.
• Ability to advise on property-related matters and repairs.
