Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct day-to-day estate upkeep across a flagship, high-spec facility in Greater London. You will balance operational supervision with technical compliance, overseeing the internal fabric team, water systems oversight, and third-party supply chain partners, while serving as a reliable interface for client stakeholders.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, maintenance planning, RAMS compliance, CAFM/CMMS proficiency, and excellent

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory background in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to plan, schedule and quality-audit maintenance programmes.
• Competent in producing RAMS and managing building compliance.
• Systems literacy with CAFM/CMMS and standard office software.
• Professional communication to build relationships with clients and teams.
• Willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call standby rota.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day maintenance activities and supervise internal fabric team.
• Oversee water management systems and water hygiene regimes.
• Plan and allocate PPM and reactive tasks to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor performance, timekeeping and attendance; support investigations.
• Log tasks and maintain records in CAFM/CMMS; ensure compliance docs.
• Author RAMS and support safety governance across site.
• Act as client interface and respond to operational queries.
• Participate in emergency escalation and on-call rota when required.
