Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an Engineering Supervisor / Technical Lead in South London to own hard FM services across a premier campus. The role focuses on governance, statutory compliance, and delivering reliable plant performance.

You will manage PPMs, oversee critical plant uptime, and partner with Client Estates Directors to report on asset performance and lifecycle risks. A strong safety culture and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a high-spec corporate campus or complex estate.
• Knowledge of building regulations, British Standards and SFG20 regimes.
• Commitment to safety and team development.

Responsibilities

• Governance of statutory compliance for MEP infrastructure and safety regimes.
• Direct PPMs and rapid reactive work via CAFM, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead client-facing reviews with data-driven asset performance updates.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary maintenance workforce and govern subcontractors.
