Job summary

Stannah Group in Andover is seeking a proactive Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our multi-site team. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across properties, support refurbishments, and ensure building services meet high standards.

The role is full-time, Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:45, Friday 08:00-13:00, with a call-out rotation. Applicants should have building maintenance experience and strong health and safety knowledge; plumbing, decorating, or refurbishment skills are

Qualifications

Experience in facilities maintenance across commercial settings.
Strong health and safety knowledge and practices.
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
Utilise mobile devices to manage and complete tasks within timescales.
Support refurbishment and upgrades to building fabric and facilities.
Participate in the call-out rota for emergency maintenance.
Ensure all work is completed safely and documented, compliant with health and safety requirements.
