Qualifications

• Must hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• City & Guilds Level 2 and/or 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent required.
• Experience with M&E systems and building maintenance is needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met.
• Manage documentation and inventory effectively.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, clean driving licence
