Qualifications
Must hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
City & Guilds Level 2 and/or 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent required.
Experience with M&E systems and building maintenance is needed.
Responsibilities
Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance.
Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met.
Manage documentation and inventory effectively.
Skills
