Job Description:

We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our FM team based on multiple sites across Oldham.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll work within the facilities team, supporting them in planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Your day-to-day will include:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance Tasks across a School site
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric maintenance
• Liaison with Clients and Sub-Contractors as required
• General repairs and maintenance

What are we looking for?

This role of Multi Skilled Engineer is ideal if you:

• Have experience working on a Maintenance contract conducting PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Possess your 18th edition and 2391 certifications
• Have an extensive trades background – maintenance, installations, and repairs
• Have an Electrical bias
• Hold a full, clean driving license
