Job summary

Phoenix Software, a leading UK IT solutions provider, seeks a Facilities Coordinator for our HQ in Pocklington. You’ll support daily operations, maintenance, and the smooth running of the building, grounds, and services, while coordinating contractors and ensuring a safe, well-presented work environment.

The hands-on role requires problem-solving, good organisation, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaker, or similar hands-on role.
• Proactive, practical and dependable with a can-do attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and well-presented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of building.
• Coordinate contractors and maintenance activities.
• Monitor building services and safety compliance.
• Assist health, safety, environmental risks and audits.
• Manage facilities supplies and stock levels.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and providers.
• Undertake ad hoc facilities tasks to keep site running.
