We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our Facilities Management team in Sutton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and practical individual to work as part of a professional maintenance team, supporting the day-to-day operation and upkeep of the buildings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and basic repairs around the buildings.
• Assist with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Undertake routine flushing duties.
• Carry out regular checks of buildings, equipment and facilities.
• Identify and report maintenance issues and defects.
• Assist contractors and other maintenance team members when required.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to the required standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety procedures and site requirements.
