Job summary

UCS College Group is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Assistant to join the Facilities and Maintenance Team. You will be part of a front-line service supporting day-to-day environment maintenance and the safety of staff and students on site.

Under the guidance of the Facilities Manager, you will ensure a high quality, customer-focused service, including emergency first aid support when needed and systems to maintain orderliness and a safe campus.

• Attention to day-to-day appearance and orderliness of the environment.

Job description

The Facilities and Maintenance Team is a critical front-line team providing a pro-active support service ensuring high quality maintenance and orderliness throughout the College. The Team also ensures the safety and safeguarding of all staff and students on the site, including providing emergency first aid support.

As Maintenance & Facilities Assistant, you will work, under the guidance of the Facilities Manager to provide a high quality, customer focussed service in relation to both the day-to-day appearance of the environment and the safety of those on site.
