Job summary

Access Creative College is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the Bristol campus and related sites. You will lead facilities and technical teams, manage contractors and budgets, and ensure safety, compliance and a welcoming environment for students and staff.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, develop maintenance programmes, support improvement projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant facilities management experience in a complex environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience managing contractors and service contracts.
• Knowledge of building services, systems and compliance.
• Understanding health & safety legislation in facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and technical teams across the Bristol campus and sites.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and service contracts.
• Oversee budgets, maintenance programmes and capital projects.
• Ensure campuses are safe, compliant, well-maintained and welcoming.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
