Job summary

ABM Belfast location is recruiting for a cleaning operative. The role involves high- and low-level window cleaning, kitchen and production area cleaning, hard floor maintenance, and general office/corporate area cleaning.

You will work Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and safety. Eligibility to work in the UK/Ireland is required, with a willingness to train and adapt to various cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to provide cleaning services as directed by the Industrial Manager or Supervisor.
• Follow reasonable instructions and complete timesheets accurately.
• Maintain professional approach with clients, colleagues and the public.
• Complete duties to the best of your ability and ensure documentation is done as requested.
• Be flexible in duties and attend training as required.
• Report hazards/accidents and take care of equipment.
• Clean high/low level windows, kitchens, floors, carpets and upholstery as directed.
• Support wider Soft Services and pass on potential sales leads where appropriate.
