Job summary

Equans is seeking a Facilities Helpdesk Co-ordinator on a 12 month fixed-term contract in Stoke-on-Trent. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with two shift patterns and a 30 minute unpaid break.

You will use the CAFM system to manage planned and reactive maintenance, dispatch tasks to engineers and keep accurate records to meet SLAs. The team supports HMCTS contracts and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Hold 3 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience within a facilities/FM/helpdesk environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of helpdesk operations and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of maintenance works using the CAFM system.
  • Plan and dispatch maintenance tasks to engineers, sub-contractors and site managers across locations.
  • Prioritise tasks, manage workload and maintain accurate data entry, records and reporting.
  • Respond to service requests and support across contractually defined SLAs.

This is a f ull-time role working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day either 08:00 to 16:30 (4 days per week) or 09:30 to 18:00 (one day per week), Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.The Regional Operations Centre (ROC) in Stoke provides helpdesk and business support services to a wide range of facilities management contracts.
