Job summary

Pertemps Swindon is recruiting a Facilities Team Member for a student accommodation client in Swindon, SN3. This temporary role runs from 10th August to 21st September 2026, Monday to Friday, at £13.90 per hour.

Key duties include repairing, refurbishing and maintaining facilities across the buildings and completing basic maintenance and decorating tasks. Applicants should have prior handyperson/facilities experience and be able to use hand tools with a strong team attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous handyperson / facilities experience.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools to conduct basic maintenance work.
• Problem-solving, can-do attitude to work within a team.

Responsibilities
