Job summary

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a Property Services Operative at MOD Boscombe Down to deliver plumbing, installations and general maintenance across the site. You will support the Property Operations team by completing planned and requested tasks to maintain high quality services.

Role requires a full driving license and a proactive approach to safety on a unique defence site. The position is 37 hours per week, based at Boscombe Down, with a comprehensive benefits package and a commitment to

Qualifications

Ability to safely deploy equipment.
Previous plumbing experience an advantage.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Full driving license is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver tasks such as plumbing, installations, painting and decorating and other general services.
Ensure maintenance standards and quality of work delivered are to the required level.
Assist in resolving customer issues with outstanding tasks or deliveries.
Ensure movement of consumables and materials across site in the ongoing management of services.
Collect waste items from across site and dispose in correct receptacles.
Assist Grounds Maintenance to keep site grounds at the required standard.
