An opportunity has arisen to join Central Hall Westminster as the Facilities General Assistant.
Location: Central Hall Westminster, Storey’s Gate, SW1H 9NH. This role is based at our principal venue in Westminster.
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £27,000 – 29,500 per annum (depending on experience)

The Facilities General Assistant will support with daily maintenance operations, ensuring efficient asset management and stock control. You will coordinate procedures and communicate information to the appropriate personnel, while driving effective maintenance processes.
About you:
The Facilities General Assistant will manage daily maintenance tasks, ensuring over 90% compliance and timely response to client requests. Key duties include asset management, coordinating with contractors, overseeing stock levels, and attending essential meetings. Your main tasks will include PAT testing, water hygiene, manual handling, basic electrical and plumbing, painting, and fire evacuation systems.
