Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong track record of managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver changes in a large organisation.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to operate CAFM systems and understand HVAC technical fundamentals.
• IOSH Accredited qualification and strong health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships at all levels.
• Plan and execute quarterly review meetings for the region.
• Act as escalation point for engineering matters and coordinate with Senior FMs.
