Qualifications

• Proven experience in Hard Services FM, including self-delivery and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to direct and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and understanding of Health & Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of contract performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Manage and direct the Engineering and Operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage financial plans focusing on revenue, profit, and cost reduction.
• Identify improvements and ensure a safe working environment.
