Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a PPM and Data Analyst to support the Estates & Facilities team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate data within the CAFM system and other platforms, ensuring PPM schedules are recorded, monitored and reported to enhance compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across the Trust’s estate.

You will collaborate with Hard FM teams, contractors, and service managers to maintain data integrity, support reporting, and contribute to system

Qualifications

• Maintaining CAFM records including asset data and PPM schedules.
• Supporting reporting for compliance, performance and audit purposes.
• Maintaining records for safety, information governance and infection prevention policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CAFM records including asset data and PPM schedules and reactive maintenance logs.
• Support reporting for compliance, performance and audit purposes.
• Work with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of PPM tasks and data accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding new assets, stock management and tool bank records.
• Support system upgrades and continuous improvement of processes.
