Job summary

Bellrock Group’s Canary Lab is seeking an FM Data Analyst to turn energy, BMS and FM data into actionable insights for diverse UK property portfolios.

You will analyse time-series data, validate findings and produce clear, action-focused recommendations to help clients reduce costs, improve comfort, and boost asset lifespan. The role is hybrid, based in London, with flexible hours and collaboration across analysts and FM teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics or reporting within FM, property, energy or operations.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and data analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of energy data, asset performance or BMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse energy, BMS, IEQ and FM data across client portfolios.
• Produce dashboards, reports and prioritised recommendations.
• Support Power BI reporting, insight summaries and narratives.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities for energy use and asset performance.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
