Job summary

Clear. is seeking an Energy Manager to join our team at the intersection of BMS, smart buildings and energy efficiency. You will go beyond monitoring consumption, using building data and controls to identify opportunities to cut costs.

You will analyse trends, develop client energy-reduction strategies, and work with BMS engineers to implement optimisations, measuring savings and reporting findings.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy management, building performance or BMS.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and building controls.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working with BMS trend data.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and carbon reduction principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse building energy consumption.

• Review building performance and operational data.
• Work with clients to develop energy reduction strategies.
