Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Energy Manager to join our team in an environment at the intersection of BMS, smart buildings and energy management. The role focuses on using building data and controls to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

You will monitor energy consumption, review performance, and work with clients to develop energy reduction strategies, while supporting audits and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy management, building performance or BMS.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and building controls.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working with BMS trend data.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and carbon reduction principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse building energy consumption.
