Job summary

Equans is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to join our team on the Wheatley Contract, based from Bellshill. This permanent role is 40 hours per week with a salary of £42,517 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be the key point of contact for clients on compliance matters, ensuring statutory requirements and safety standards are met across our service portfolio. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical FM compliance experience, CAFM system knowledge, and an IOSH

Qualifications

Experience in mechanical and electrical FM compliance environments.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.
IOSH qualification preferred.
Proficient with CAFM systems and document control.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Manage and review compliance docs to ensure accuracy and legislative compliance.
Monitor performance against SLA and KPIs.
Maintain CP and AP registers and keep appointments up to date.
Coordinate E-Learning within the engineering team and escalate non-compliance.
Oversee vehicle/ladder inspection registers and statutory checks.
Utilise CAFM systems to manage compliance data.
Deliver excellent customer service and liaise with clients and partners.
Participate in an out-of-hours standby rota.
