Job summary

Georg Fischer’s GF Building Flow Solutions UK team in Watford seeks an experienced Facilities, Compliance & Office Manager to lead day-to-day office operations, uphold health & safety standards and manage ISO quality and environmental systems. The role combines facilities, compliance, IT coordination and supplier management to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualifications are essential.
• Internal Auditor qualifications are desirable.
• Experience in facilities, office management, compliance, H&S or business operations.
• Working knowledge of ISO management systems and auditing processes.
• Strong contractor, supplier and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and general IT systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance, quality management and office operations.
• Maintain ISO management systems and support ISO 45001 requirements.
• Oversee H&S compliance, risk assessments and safety documentation.
• Manage facilities, supplier contracts, and office services.
• Coordinate IT onboarding and user training on systems.
