Job summary

Georg-Fischer is seeking an experienced Facilities, Compliance & Office Manager for the UK team in Watford. You will lead facilities, compliance, ISO management, IT coordination and office operations to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

The role requires IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications, internal auditing experience, and strong stakeholder management. A broad, hands-on position with growth opportunities and a health cash plan is offered.

Qualifications

• IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualifications are essential.
• Internal Auditor qualifications are desirable.
• Experience in facilities, office management, compliance, H&S or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance, quality management and IMS maintenance.
• Coordinate H&S compliance, risk assessments and safety documentation.
• Manage office facilities, services, suppliers and contracts.
• Coordinate IT onboarding, equipment and user support.
• Oversee fleet administration, signages and driver documentation.
• Organise staff events, travel, and visitor arrangements.
