Equans UK & Ireland seeks a Facilities Co-ordinator (Minor Works) to join our Stoke-on-Trent team on a 4 month fixed-term contract. This full-time role (37.5 hours) runs Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30 with a 30 minute unpaid break, and involves coordinating small-scale project works from scoping to handover.
Reporting to the Minor Works Manager, you will coordinate contractors and internal resources, manage CAFM records, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
E QUANS is looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator (Minor Works) to join our team based in Stoke-on-Trent on an initial 4 month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Minor Works Manager, the Facilities Co-ordinator (Minor Works)will be responsible for the end to end process of coordinating, scoping, delivery and handover of small scale project works as per client specification. The role will be responsible for co-ordinating contractors and internal resource to ensure delivery of additional works on time and within budget. This will include creating job plans for schedules of minor Additional Project works, tracking progress and reporting on targets both internally and to the client, managing the SHEQ, Financial and Compliance elements of the Projects and update relevant CAFM Records and Asset Data once project works hand over.
