The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator to keep Ironbridge Gorge in good condition and running smoothly across a large portfolio of sites.
You’ll work 4 days per week on a rota basis, with regular weekend and Bank Holiday work. A full UK driving license is required as you’ll drive a company vehicle between sites and provide inter-site facilities cover on weekends and on-call when needed.

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving license will be required. You’ll be driving a company vehicle across the portfolio. Compliance tasks require movement between sites, providing inter-site Facilities cover on weekends, transportation of goods, and alarm/ security calls.

Ironbridge Gorge is a portfolio of sites in the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site. You’ll be spread across these sites, responsible for compliance, health and safety and daily operations across a large, varied portfolio.
You’ll work alongside another Facilities Co-ordinator, and a small team of Facilities Assistants. You’ll also be a Keyholder for the portfolio, meaning being on an overnight on call rota, to respond to incidents or reports.
As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Ironbridge Gorge operates as it should, by running and organising an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
