Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club Limited - Admin is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Services Supervisor to manage a 24/7 cleaning operation across Bodymoor Heath Training Ground and other Villa sites.

You will lead and develop the team, ensure safety, training and adherence to COSHH and health and safety standards while coordinating schedules, budgets and supplies to maintain a welcoming and pristine environment for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory or management experience in a cleaning or facilities environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards and customer service.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for travel between sites; flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cleaning Services team and oversee 24/7 operations.
• Coordinate staffing, shift cover, cleaning schedules and quality inspections.
• Oversee budgets, supplies, equipment, and COSHH risk assessments; liaise with external contractors.
